Scam Contests

When two Regulating authorities namely SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA & INSURANCE REGULATORY AND DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY had battle over regulating Unit Linked Insurance Plans(ULIPs)and moved to Finace Minister and Supreme Court of India,how an ordinary investor expect to get justice from SEBI.
