Cockroach in Food

I had visited a reputed Restaurant in Chembur Mumbai - Ocenaic Family Bar & Restaurant on a friday evening with my father & wife. After having dinner when I ordered for a Cool Cocktail, and sipped through the nice looking straw - I found two live cockroaches in my mouth.
Please help me , as I would like to file a formal legal complaint against the hotel management for having such low house-keeping & for the trauma that I had to go through.

Bad service in SLV

I had been to SLV Swadishta in BSK II Stage, Bangalore. I ordered a Paper Masala Dosa and what I was served was a cold dosa. Despite protesting, the waiter and the manager kept on insisting that it was a freshly made dosa but they were just not able to justify as to why it is cold.

Are there any rules and regulations which monitor these restaurants ?

the hotel & restaurant is in avadi. earlier it was a good restaurant. we can say the best among all as there is no hotel in this locality.

but now it is one of the worst restaurant especially for parcel service I have gone 3 to 4 times to get some food items parcel. I have been severly cheated.

previous day unconsumed veg curry they processs and give, when you come home you find it but you can't again go and complain for a mattter of rs . 50. some times food not prepaired properly will be packed. once you come home you find it . wheather the owner is ignorant about it do not know. if you take there they may serve better.

so be carefull !!!!!!!!!! when whan you get parcel items. check it there and then bring otherwise your night dinner will be spoiled.

Though this restaurant boasts of high quality food and service with all types of gimmicks like dining in within specified limited time for a fixed amount etc.,it is a pity how such restaurants are allowed to function in hospitality industry where in the staff have a very rude arrogant behavior and the service is the worst.

Having been to the restaurant with some Indian guests from overseas, they were shocked to observe soup and dinner being served together and the Indian breads half burnt. On asking, we were told by Mr.Lokesh (waiter in charge) and Mr. Kuldeep (floor manager)this is what we serve and argued till the end with arrogance and rude attitude. We have it in writing from them on the company's suggestion card that the food was served cold and delayed due to their fault.

When such is the case of arrogance and lack of service in a restaurant which claims tall stories of reputation, a consumer is just taken for granted, stern action must be taken against the concerned people for denting the hospitality industry.

They are not only ruining the designers name but also misguiding the public in general.
