We sent a letter from surat to noida on 13-jul-2010.
It was supposed to be delivered on 15-jul-2010.
It might as well have been delivered.
But we are unable to verify from their web site. It says in TRANSIT even after 7 days.

We spent money by talking their NOIDA man on STD on 15-jul-2010. Without checking he told us that it will be delivered on 16-jul-2010.

We spent money again by talking on STD. Same Jawaab; tomorrow you can check as office is closed.

Complaint Against LPG dealer

Dear Sir/Madam

I am the LPG consumer of Rajdhani Gas service Wazirpur Delhi. My connection number is 15027. I had been supplied a gas cylinder last month. Today, when I opened the seal, it was found to be empty. Kindly, look into the matter and find out the wrong-doers and arrange me to compensate for the faulty service and gas cylinder.

I want to unlock my iphone 3gs 3.1.3 firmware baseband 05.12.01, these companies offering unlock for all models of iphone 2g, 3g, 3gs for all firmwares, but when I bought their products, they give a note stated that for iphone 3gs 3.1.3 firmware baseband 05.12.01 is not yet available at the moment, and they will just give a free update.

They are offering also a money back guarrantee to convince a customer. till now no one is replying to the mail that I sent them regarding my complaint. beware!!!

Vodafone Service Messages - Totally untimely & insane.

This is a complaint against VODAFONE SERVICES. I bought a vodafone sim(# 8095626554) in the 1st week of march & from the day the sim was active, i have been getting flash messages on my cellphone for every 30 secs. I called Vodafone customer service which is now a charged number several times to get flash messages de-activated. They guided me through various procedures on my cellphone like looking for My services , entertainment , media & god knows what all to get these. The customer service is so sick that they could not understand that i dont have any such option in my cellphone they are talking about. I was taken for a ride by so many agents as half of them hung up on me & the rest said that these messages cannot be de-activated. I spoke to santosh & eventually got angry & demanded to speak to a supervisor. I was then put across to a floor supervisor Basavaraj who promised that these service messages will be de-activated within 24hrs. But till now i m

COMPLAINT AGAINST PESTOFF PEST CONTROL

MY NAME IS SADHNA BANGDIWALA I STAY AT MALAD-(W)

I have done one year contract of three services with pestoff pest control for imported herbal jel tratment on 1/5/09 to 1/5/10.BILL NO.IS 20513A.

Till date i have not received any service from the company.I called so many times at the given nos.,they keep telling that we don't have gel, it will be done once we will receive it.But since the contract done no one has turned up. So i would like you take some action against this and do the needfull. It is not the qustion of only money but also the cheating business they are running.The company's address and nos are given below. Hope you will help me out in this matter.

Whirlpool - Lost credibility & loosing customer's interest & loyalty

Whirlpool means trust & loyalty for us before but now it does mean poor quality, lack of credibility, lack of customer satisfaction, losing customer interest, lack of responsibility, lack of commitment, false promises, no timely delivery, poor response to customers, poor customer interaction, cheating customers, waste spending money on the brand which doesn't worth it, worst time spending interacting to employees & dealers of the company, no more a respectable and recognizable brand by itself itself.

I have purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator and chosen the dealer Viveks as it was mentioned as a authorized dealer in Whirlpool India website. But this is the worst experience I have ever had in my life and they have made this New year 2010 start as worst as possible for me.

I made the advance payment & booked for a whirlpool frost free refrigerator till today.

I paid the advanced on 19th December 2009 to book the product and made full payment on Dec 31st 2009.

I purchased a ladies purse consting Rs.800/- from Rajvan Luggage World , Dombivali in month of April. The material cover started coming out within two months. When it started coming out more , i visited the shop in August& they assured me that they will try to look into the same. after a week when i reached to them to check the status, they handed over the same purse to me saying nothing can be done about it as this is imported.When i asked them for the manufacturer, they gave me some number & addredd for Nandu Bag,Super market.Is this our fault that we try to buy things from good shop??

Dear Sir,

I shifted from Delhi to Hyderabad. I booked my Luggage thru Global International Packers & Movers Delhi. I have defiend all the term in mail like Insurance of the luggage, Transportation charges loading, unloading etc. It was clearlly defined that 50% money i will pay at the time of loading the luggage & 50% money will be given to them & the time of unloading & checking the luggage. when the luggage came to hyd. they called me that first you need to give money then you will get your luggage. They also told me for collecting you luggage you need to come office itself. I reached thr office given the money, then they showed my luggage. lot of thing in broken condition, except that My new 2 mattress was missing. when i asked about it. they told might be they left in delhi office. we will give you within 4-5 days. my new cooler are fully broken by them. also my Fridge is in broken condition. they are very rude when i talked to them.

I called these guy atleast 200 times always but they always talked me very rudely & no response from thr side.
I have all the thing in written in mail as well as hard copy in there hand writing.

Even they did not give the address of their branch office at Delhi where the packet has been sent.

Oxigen bad promo - Bru Instant

Sir,

I bought a 100gm pack of Bru instant from Fresh@shenoynagar super market, Chennai (Bill No 1153008100028112) on 28/07/09.

There was a promotional offer of assured mobile recharge on this pack.

I followed the procedure but to my surprise I found the UCN No (401945699) printed on the promo slip powered by Oxigen was invalid as per the return SMS.

when contacted Oxigen customer care they put the blame on the retailer saying the retailer would have forged it and asked me to find out with the retailer about the invalid UCN No (401945699)

I've been a regularly buying BRU Cofee, I find it a cheap promotional strategy to tie up with fraud company like Oxigen who don't have moral to own their fault, or come out with a palatable reply.

IFFCO TOKIO GENRAL INSURANCE CO.LTD , DENIED TO PROVIDE CASHLESS FACILITY

CAR POLICY NO -42492048 ISSUE DATE -24.04.09

Accident happened 14.06.09 SX4 Himmatnagar gujrat.

As my vehicle was under accidental repair against same policy at time of issue the policy to me , iffco tokio officer informed to me that you can avil cashless facility at the time of accident to any authorise work shop of maruti .

When kiran motors at Himmatnagar gujrat denied for cashless then I have againt contact to Iffco tokio then they confirmed by phone ok we shall repaoied your vehicle cashless , but at the of delivered the vehicle then they againg IFFCO TOKIO denied to provide cashless facility. At this type iffco tokio dilema ,I am very much upset because they are not stic his commitement and business ethics .It is totally the case of deifficiency in service at the time of issuing the policy everything they committeed but at the time need they denied .Hence request you Pl resove the issue

Bhogilal Driving Class - Money makers only!!!

The complaint is against Bhogilal driving classes in Bandra, Mumbai. They take money for 20 classes but I was taken only for 18 classes.

On completing 17 classes I was asked to go for the RTO test. After that my instructor told me to drive on my own car. After much convincing did he say he'll come but not the next day. He arrived the day after. But they have still not given me my last 2 classes.

After repeated phone calls and repeated visits also nothing has happened. They claim that after an RTO test we don't take classes but I wasn't informed that at any point. Also if that is the case, why was I taken for an RTO test before the completion of my course?

If they can't take my classes, then they should return the money for my last 2 classes! Saying I'm good enough doesn't help. If I had learnt driving in 5 classes, would they refuse my 15 classes?

This is a clear case of cheating. And it doesn't look good for a reputed agency to do something like that.

Aquaguard Service

I took one Aquaguard 20days before but the service people are not comming to do the fitting. I already tied of calling them.Everyday i am doing minimum 10-15 calls to them but they were not responding. Most of the time they were not pick up the call if by mistake they took it just telling lie. They are not at-all responding. I informed to their manager also but same result. I am already fed-up with this product.

Complaint on Esscentric Healthcare

I S.Vijaykumar taken an Esscentric Healthcare membership by paying Rs.2000/- it’s same like an Aratha Wellness Options. It consist of 30 vouchers of various health related checkups. My Membership Card number is 00132 valid from 27.11.2008 to 27.11.2009.

Mr.Syed Tanveer Ahmed, Sales Officer came to my place to brief about the services & I paid the amount through my credit card on 27th November 2008. With repeated follow-up with him, I got membership card after one month.

From last month, I am trying to contact them to fix appointment for general health check up & dental related issue for my family member, but the number they given is voucher book & in website (http://esscentric.co.in/aboutus.html ) are out of services (all 3 numbers). I have not used any of the vouchers. I don’t want them to use, please help me in what way I can give compliant on them & get my money back with some compensation for deceitful me.

I have tried many times to contact Mr.Abdul owner of the company on his mobile number 9742214010. But he doesn’t respond to my call.

Please advise me & do the needful at the earliest.
