Sluggish DTDC courier service

I am seriously dissapointed with DTDC courier service and I will never recommend this service to anyone. Thier company failed to deliver my consigment twice for Shipment No.: M52895381 & M53233290. The first consignment(M52895381) was damaged in transit and I had to bear the cost myself. When I spoke to one of thier agent last he was very rude and hung up on me without giving me any information about the shipping status.

Pathetic service of Agarwal Mover & Packers

I had opted for Agarwal Movers & Packers for the movement of my household goods and car from Mysore to Chandigarh. I opted them as they are the rnowned name in Movers & Packers. Their packing and movement was all fine, however during the movement their were certain damages like the Glass Top of dining table was broken in 2 pieces, refrigerator had few small dents on the door, a painting was broken, the tubes of inverter battery were broken. But they admitted to all the damages and were ready to pay the compensation towards the same. The good were delivered to our house on 6 Feb, 2010 and their field co-ordinator Mr.Kuldip Singh(Mob No.09357293172) visited our place to the survey of all the damaged items, made an estimate of around Rs.10000/- towards compensation and promised to for the amount to reach us within 15 days without any hassle. Nothing happened even after 15 days passing, than Mr.Kuldip Singh visited with Mr.Ramesh Bagga(Insurance Surveyor) at the end of Feb'2010 and took the photographs of damaged items and got the form filled and assured to clear the case within a week's time.

Regarding manyorder not received

I Sanjeet Tapno have sent 1000/- rupees by Mahadevpura(Bangalore-48) post office to Mr. Seperiyan Topno, Vill- Baski,Post-Torpa,Distt- Khunti (Jharkhand) pin code 835227 on dated 01/04/2010.But they have not recieved of many till date. Manyorder details as per below

I also spoke to the Kurla office on 13 Nov 09 and was informed that the consignment has been returned back view lack of staff and service curently not available in my area, though your branch is located in kamothe just near to my building.

During these competitive service scenerio from ur part it is shear negligence and not mantaining the motto of the organisation u are working for.

Complaint against Courier

Dear Sir/Madam,
We are pleased that you provide this kind of service and this is required in today's dog eat dog world. Consumers are always very gullible to such harassment from service providers.

I am lodging here a complaint against Maruti Air Link Couriers (Mr. Omprakash RajPurohit). We regularly send letters to our customers as a part of sales activity. We paid Rs.2750 against sending some 150 letters or so. But we have not received the PODs. We contacted our customers and many of them have said that they have not received the letters.

We want your help against this complaint.

We don't know whom to approach. The courier providers are not responding to our calls.

Reliable Packers & Movers, Mahipalpur Extn, New Delhi has cheated me

This is regarding House Hold Goods booked from Karwar through company's Goa office on 13 Jul 09.The goods were booked and despatched by the company vehicle by their Goa Rep on 13 Jul 09 to be delivered at New Delhi by 17 0r 18 jul 09. The vehicle's whereabout is not known. Goa Rep, vehicle driver, Delhi Rep have been giving contradictory informations about the vehicle and its arrival schedule at New Delhi since its departure from Karwar. I contacted the management of the Company also . but their response was absolutely cold.

Agrasen Packers & Cargo Movers -Consignement Not yet delivered after two months

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had used Agarsen Packers & Cargo Movers for shifting one Window AC and one Geyser from Gurgaon to Assam(Nagaon) on 17/05/2009. They promised to deliver the consignment within 15 days and they charged me Rs 6500/-. After repeated follow-up also they do not provide me any details of the consignment and still after two months it is not yet delivered. The actual cost of the items are more thant 20000/- Rs.

Central Cargo - Pune as well as delhi

In 2nd week of June 09, I moved my house hold goods to New Delhi via Central Cargo "http://www.centralcargopackers.com/". They charged me for goods as well as Insurance of 2 Lacs for which they charged 6000 Rs. The total cost was near 35,000 Rs.

I received my goods in a state where my dinning table was broken as well as my Sleeping bed was damaged. Asked them to get it repaired or pay me for it. Pune office guy directed me towards Delhi Office and said it will be properly taken care before giving the goods to me.

In delhi when asked them to make the things proper, they replied that it wont be done and needs to be claimed from Insurance.

When i asked them about the insurance papers, they simply said that it will be delivered later.

By this i came to know that the insurance money has been in their pocket and wont get any benefit out of it.

From last few weeks i was following with them for the papers but now they have stopped picking my calls.

TNT Couriers Broken My Brand New Microwave Oven Worth Rs.10200/- and harassed me a lot, Used bad language and instead showing apology they say they didn't break it & Refuse to settle the claim.

This is to inform you that we receive a order To Deliver a Brand New Panasonic Microwave Oven NN-544 Of Rs. 10200/- Plus shipping charges To Baroda (Vadodara).

So We had appointed TNT couriers to collect the Brand New Panasonic Microwave Oven I was advised to open a commercial account with them so it will deliver in good condition

Non-delivery of playground equipment

Mr.Baskar of Madhu Fabrication Works took an advance
of Rs.10,000/- on 21st June, 2008 from Xeno Residency Apartment Owners Association. This was an advance payment for delivery of play equipment.
The promised delivery date was 20days from the payment of the advance. The balance of Rs.15000 was to be paid later on delivery and installation.
Its 4 and half months now and Mr Baskar has failed to deliver the
equipment and nor is he ready to pay back the advance amount. He even refuses to come in person to talk about it.
Please help us in getting back the advance amount of Rs.10,000/-.
