Fake calls from 54321 *****
Submitted by vishalily on Tue, 07/06/2010 - 13:50.I have been receiving calls from 54321 daily twice for past one week.I got calls from 54321 63617062,54321 64542796, 54321 68802953 morning & evening and there was no response from the other end when I attended the call. The calls got cut immediately when I attend the call. how to find the details of caller, who is trying to disturb. Any idea ? Thanks

sir/ madam,
I have received sms from your side that if i recharge my abovementioned vergin no. with 25/- rs. I will get 37/- talk time and 1 paise per second call rate for one year.The validity for above scheme was 21june2010. I recharged my mobile with said amount on 18 June 2010 and called customer care on 21 June that I have not got said amount of 37/- and activation of services that was mentioned in sms, they said some time status may not be updated u just make a call u must have got the scheme.

I'm getting spam messages from 5432168717984,5432167905576,5432162245828,5432168717994,like that all numbers starting from 54321.I'm really irritated , frustrated .Please tell me how to stop this.
First hindi messages kept coming.Now from english.All messages are like friendship messages."I kiss u ","I m waiting "like these.
Please help me in this.This is very frustrating me.

Insane Spam Sms and Fake Calls from Air Tel

I have been getting rubbish messages from Air Tel Live to download porn and other nonsense for a long time now... these irritating msgs come almost every hour and sometimes even 2-3 an hr. I kept ignoring them and now this seems to have gone beyond the limits.

the calls & messages mostly cum at afternoon and midnight hours. these are mainly blank calls.

My name is Rishu Kumar. I am user of Fly Handset-MC 160 (IMEI NO-910002540210650).I have purchase this mobile on the month of January 2010.and from that time onwards I have not use it complete single month. I have submitted it twice at cellnet-palam dabri road, and till date I do not get the result. Apart from the result I also not get the surety from the other side. Even receptionist of CellNet do not give the proper response and every time she said only one thing i.e-sir, we don’t know how much time it will take, we submitted your mobile at the company and when they send your handset we will inform you. I am fed up to hear this one everytime.
I am sorry to say but if this kind of response if people get then the time will not so far when people like me switch to another company, and never convince others to use Fly products.

No proper solution to technical problems created by Airtel company

I put 2 complents to customer care but not satisfactory solution given by them & I lost my money & too much time in it. My complent/reference no.543211808 on 19-03-10, 0428158015 on 24-04-10 & 0428190000 on 25-04-10.
My first complent on 19-03-10, it was for HELLOTUNE. I had call from 9561006194 at 5:13pm but I am on another call, after it I callback that no. as I didn't know it's of hellotune, I heard 2-3 songs but I had already hellotune on my no. hence I cut the call, but within 2mins. I got message that u hav been charged Rs.15 for Chal re phone utha, it's activated as your hellotune, where I hadn't listen this song & hadn't press any no. to select that song. I call to customer care & told them about this problem, they give me reference no & told to wait upto 24-03-10 to solve problem and call from CC. But I havn't any call & no solution for it & my hellotune was also stopped at 5:32pm on 19-03-10 & told that to restart it you have to paid Rs.45

My complaint has been filed on Date: 25 Jan 2010. Khushal bhatia did fake promise that your phone will not any problem. After 2 months of phone use problem started. After installing nokia suite and attached USB cable to my laptop, not able to see or copy phone contact no to laptop or not able to copy content of laptop to my cellphone, Heating problem is unsolved, when I am talking with the phone, listening music form radio or music player. No changed in heating problem that previously held complaint. When I am trying to listen music from download music from Bluetooth, whole phone was hanged. After 2 or 3 times when switch off phone, the phone was stuck. Unable to recover at normal condition. When I was appeared interview at gandhinagar, I was supposed to switch off mobile phone. Mobile phone was hanged simultaneously. I was unable to talk even.

i am using airtel postpaid number (9959467777-9959291234) from 2007 i am facing network problem from 1-03-08 and i had given the first to airtel 121 customer care on 29-07-08 the complaint no is 17676528 from that day the complaint is not closed nobody is responded till now. i had already contacted the nodal officer , appellate officer but nobody is responded i had sent mails to airtelappilate , airtelcare those people had sent the reversal's saying that we will solve the problem with in 90 days of time i had sent 50 mails from 15-08-08 to till now. in all the mails that i had got reversal saying that we will solve the problem with in 90 days of time. i went to airtel relationship center , airtel head office at begumpet hyderabad and i had given complaints written but no body is yet responded
sir i had given somany complaints in ccccore and in consumer complaints but also not response
dear sir please help me and dont close the complaint

Unknown calls from phone numbers starting with 54321 to my Airtel Prepaid Cell Phone

The calls got cut immediately when I attend the call. Please take necessary action to stop this stupid calls. Thanks.
Irregular Billing amount for AIRCEL MOBILE
Submitted by Venkatesh Batni on Tue, 03/16/2010 - 11:29.I TOOK a new AIRCEL connection on 23rd February, 2010. My cell no is 8898026126. I am not a regular user of the connection. I also have not subscribed for any value added services.
Surprisingly, i got a SMS on 10th March, 2010 at 4.46 p.m that the unbilled amount is Rs 261.80. Again, on 15th Mar, 2010 recd. from your company that the total unbilled amount is Rs362.60. Again on 16th March, 2010 at 10.57 a.m the unbilled amount is Rs 667.20. Again on the same date i.e 16th March, 2010 at 02.18 pm, i recd a SMS that my unbilled amount is Rs 769.20.
Please note that i have not made so many calls so as to be billed with the amount as shown. I was also surprised to note that though i have not made any calls on 16th March, 2010 my billed amount has increased by Rs 102 within 3 hours.
The worst part of the scenario is that when i contacted your customer care, they are unable to give any satisfactory reply( they say that they can clarify only when the billing cycle is completed which in my case is 27th March, 2010). Is your company running on some justified process and value based systems?.
Pathetic, highly frustrating and blood-boiling .....worstmost mobile repair experience at NeedTel Communications, Sector 7, FBD

I gave my Nokia 2626 for repair there. I was told that there might be an issue with the charging IC because of which my cell phone after showing complete charge is switched off automatically after 5-10 seconds of starting. The guy, names Shyam, told me that estimated amount will be 500-700 and I will be getting the mobile back after 3 days. I requested him that even if it takes a day longer, he should better keep it with him for verifying that the problem is solved.
After frequent follow-ups and nearly 12 rounds, I finally got my mobile back. It all happened because of following shit*y reasons: "We are still testing it", "Our main guy has gone sick", the main guy who got sick has gone for honeymoon after marriage", "Some new problem is found".....
Difference in the Rate of Blank Sim Card

When i visited the web world loacted at shivranjani ahmedabad, They ask me to pay 200 rs. When i show the print out of email he answered that call center executive dont know the rates.
Than I visited the other web world located at Paldi Bhatta.Over there they ask me to pay 150 rs. Than i vistied the relief road Web world they ask me to pay 180 rs.
I want to complain , when the company is same , the product is same then why the rates differs at company outlets and also in the system and actual web worlds.
i have mailed this issue to nodal officer . customer care, anil ambani even.
But no one is responding.
Gude me what to do.???
