Medical Negligence and Deficiency

Respected Sir/Madam,
With due respect i want to state that myself Shivam Sharma a resident of Mandawli, Fazalpur, Delhi-110092
and many like me in my locality , have faced the severe phase of the deadly fever named 'dengue'.
There are no medical help provided to the lower classes and especially there is not even the sprinkling of the medicines which help in the prevention of the 'ades' mosquitoes,.,.,which cause this fever,.!!

kindly do the needful, as soon as possible!!
Its urgent!!!!!
