I have subscribed fro mail today.My coupon no#415024.I have paid Rs 1000 towards subscription.The paper was supposed to start from 1st April 2010,till now I have not received a single copy.I have complained many times to the concerned officials about this.A complaint has also been logged for the same.The complaint no#070431.I have spoken many times to Mr Javed & Mr.Mohd Shariq about this but the response I'm getting is highly unsatisfactory.Even the manager is not responding to the calls.The reponse of attending the calls is very poor.I was kept waiting for 30 minutes to talk to the manager but no response.
Request your intervention in this regard.

Next gen Publishing Subscription for Bike India Magazine didnt start even after 2 months of having paid

I placed an order for the subscription of a monthly magazine [Bike India] with NextGen Publishing through India Times Shopping on Jul 6, 2009,Order No:111719975.I have not received a single issue till date, in spite of repeated reminders from my side.According to their terms i am entitled for a full refund since the product was not shipped withing 45 days of receiving order.I requested a refund on 27th Aug'09(Ticket id:1213123) which they dont seem to process.
Kindly see into this matter as such practice by the seller is worsening the experience of online shopping.
Irregular supply and Non receipt of Travel Plus magazine for more than 3 months

I have subscribed to the Travel plus Magazine since April 2008 and over the period, I have never received a single copy on time. Added to that, I have not received any issues since December 2008. Despite several complaints to the magazines customer care department, (more than 30 phone calls to the customer care department), I do not see them taking any action at all. I feel the level of service is pathetic and the magazine doesn't care about addressing its customers greviences.
I hope you will be able help me out in resolving this issue and forcing the company to improve their quality of service.
