Hi, I worked with a company called Lancesoft india Pvt Ltd , an off shore division of Lancesoft Inc from April 2008 to October 2008.

At the time of leaving the company I was given the option of filing for a PF withdrawal which was supported by a duly filled PF form. It will be 2 years in 3 months since I left and I have still not received the amount from the company.

Respected MCD Seniors,

We are resident of Durga Vihar, a small colony in south delhi. Here mostly each one are well educated and believe in Delhi Goverments.

We the resident of Block B, Quarter Number 133 to 148 is suffering for an illegal encroachment in front of one house. Actually he was recently redesign his whole house around 200 feets area. Now he made one basement and above that two floor for rental purpose. while he was redesign his house whole line of our colony suffering but that is not much issue.

Now he made a very big pavement( For Bring All rented persons bring there vehicles above), which is takes very much lenght, width and height . It is cover half road of colony. Each and every one living in this line suffer from that. We also lodge complaint regarding that at nearest police station but no any action taken till date.

I requested to you kindly take this matter on urgent basis. We are in trouble for last 2 months.

Also request you let us know what next step we will take again this illegal encroachment. So that i will bring this matter in notice of RTI or PGC.
