I have completed my 3D animation course from Mumbai (Arena Animation). When i went to the institute for counseling session, they told me that there are many jobs in animation and there will be more demand in coming years. And one can start earning 15000/- in the beginning itself. That was in 2008.

Now that i have completed my 3 years course and have started looking for job, i am unable to find any vacancy for fresher. Though there is a demand for experienced person. Where will a fresher person go?

I have been cheated by an agent who claims to be Abhaya Hospital agent.
He claims he does admission and other background work in Abhaya Hospital. He even showed me a visiting card with many hospitals logo on it.

This agent took Rs 10,000 from us for getting my certificates from the hospital. Since I was in Kerala and couldnt come myself, so I trusted this guy and gave him the money.

When we enquired and checked from Abhaya Hospital, we found he is no way connected to the hospital. The hospital is not even aware of him.

I had registered with Exalt consulting on 15 feb 2010, hoping to find a job. I paid 3000/- as registration fees.

While paying fees Ms.Ishrath, Ms.Nisha from Exalt consulting had explained to me that, in case exalt doesnt find me a job they will refund my money or if i get a job on my own(without their help) I would still be refunded.

I did not get a single call from Exalt from 15th feb to 9th march 2010.

I found a job on my own and joined a new company on 9th march 2010. From that day i have been trying to get a refund.

Kindly do not join Quantum-BSO Tech Pvt Ltd.
Management speak nicely when you join and recruit resource then lock them without paying salary and deducting 20-50% salary as cost cutting.

There are few deduction components which really not possible to claim from company like differed, but they nicely speak and put agreement with employee that it is annual bonus component and the employee loose 20% of the gross.

They will harass employee by making new employee HR policies and other IT related policies to cut down their salaries.

If you stay with this company for longer time, the day will come where you will loose your identity, confidence and you will feel as if you are nothing and you will not get job outside and you may feel like to stick with that company and face Arjun's shouting and stupid policies.

In my life one of the big tragedy was joining this company. some how i got out of this company and now i am cool and doing well.

I have submitted my PF form on November 2008 to my previous employer , and they have finished all their formalities and forwarded to the p.f office Mumbai, Kandivali ( west) ,and now its more than a year , till now i didnt get my amount , and i tried to contact the concern department through phone but they are not at all attending my call. and also my previous employer is telling that they are helpless.kindly suggest how may i get the amount.and what i need to do to get the amount.

On 8th July, I registered myself with you with registration fee of Rs. 960/- (non refundable) at your office for providing me a job, and on 20th July I pay Rs. 9500/- (refundable) as a service charge for joining the company.
I am disappointed because your service was unsatisfactory, unfinished, reason being as you told at the time of registration that you charge Rs. 960-/ for registration because you provide job within one week or max. 10 days but it’s been more than 3 months I did not get any job from your side. This is in breach of our contract as laid down by the law.
To resolve the problem I require you to refund my full amount whilst reserving my right to claim against you. Enclosed are copies of the registration slip and copy of letter you made for me before going for interview at ESS ESS Technofab, Mohali.

I was asked to resign from company on sudden without any official intimation or prior notice.
I refused to resign still on Hr's compulsion i had no other way except to sign.
My idcard,email id was immediately blocked.
After complaining to head Hr i got relieving letter till then i was denied even relieving letter.
i did not recieve any compensation.

But it affected my career as a fresher as i could not get any other good job offers mentioning it as i was sent off after i near a year but i cant show it.

For past 1year am not getting any jobs.

I feel bad about such a major organisation should keep in mind so that future of emloyee is not getting spoiled by their actions!!!!

I am also in trouble.and i very much cheated from "SHARMA JOB CONSULTANCY." SCF 38, Level II, Phase- 5, Mohali (Punjab).

I was cash paid Rs. 960/- as a registraion charges, 4 Copies of Bio Datas, 4 passport size Snapes and a copy of residence proof in the month of MAY 2009 to this company.Company has impreesed me by promising with monthly income of Rs 8000/-. When i ask them about interview then they demanded Rs. 8000 more for selection. So this company had totely cheated to me, they are not given any instructions for doing work and they are not given any replies of my phone calls as well as my visits in their office. They cheated me & also all people. so i want my money fast so help me sir and how to case filed those cheaters. so help me to return back my money at all sir This Company is doing big fraud.

Company is doing big fraud by selling Carrer Pack of Rs 5500. They are selling this things by attracting people by their website www.theimperiallab.com and by advertisement. I lost rs 2 lac and lot of time but they give a single paisa of my work.

I want to intimate income tax department that they are not making any accounts in their books they are making fool to poor peoples by selling a CD worth Rs 5500 and their cost in nothing. They are not maintaining any books and also not filling proper returns so plz check the things and save the poor peoples from this fraud company.

I have some proofs of their fraud.

In the last two years, I have lost both parents to cancer. I was primary caregiver for both. This company was excellent in granting the time off and the moral support that I needed in my capacity as caregiver. After the death of my father six months ago, I required extended time off to deal with my grief. I never felt pressure to return to work, and any conversations with my manager or medical department were very supportive.This was the company to find me a job in western Europe. For this I will always be thankful.

anyway, as far as I know walang bond sa all-aboutjobs.com UNLESS mag training ka... so parang ganun na ren.. And 1 year lang ang bond if ever nag training ka.. (well, last year ganun ang sabi sa amin ng HR, I'm not really sure now).. pero ang bond nila (if ever magkaron ka) is your employer pays for the training you attended.. pro rated pa.. so if most trainings mo ay in-house.. mura lang

What I like MOST about my job now is the people.. sobrang I never thought that I could get along with err, most of them.. but no, the people here are very easy to get along with and young people ang mga kasama mo.. so ayos lang ren.. (important factor kasi sa ken ang working environment and the people you get to work with).. work hard, party harder.. hahahha!

Ok sa the employer they found me, ok ren benefits.. flexible.. ehehehe... pero kung long term career, don't ask me.. wala akong experience sa ganun.. ehhehhe.. pero all i can say is magandang company ang all-aboutjobs.com for freshers ^_^
