Irregular Billing amount for AIRCEL MOBILE

I TOOK a new AIRCEL connection on 23rd February, 2010. My cell no is 8898026126. I am not a regular user of the connection. I also have not subscribed for any value added services.

Surprisingly, i got a SMS on 10th March, 2010 at 4.46 p.m that the unbilled amount is Rs 261.80. Again, on 15th Mar, 2010 recd. from your company that the total unbilled amount is Rs362.60. Again on 16th March, 2010 at 10.57 a.m the unbilled amount is Rs 667.20. Again on the same date i.e 16th March, 2010 at 02.18 pm, i recd a SMS that my unbilled amount is Rs 769.20.

Please note that i have not made so many calls so as to be billed with the amount as shown. I was also surprised to note that though i have not made any calls on 16th March, 2010 my billed amount has increased by Rs 102 within 3 hours.

The worst part of the scenario is that when i contacted your customer care, they are unable to give any satisfactory reply( they say that they can clarify only when the billing cycle is completed which in my case is 27th March, 2010). Is your company running on some justified process and value based systems?.
