This mail is to report an unfortunate accident that took place on Saturday 24th July 2010. My 72 year old mother-in-law Ms. Promila Khurana fell into the uncovered manhole that is just next to the entrance of the L shaped park between H & J block in Sarita Vihar. As a resultant, she has 3 broken ribs apart from all the cuts and bruises and the trauma that she is undergoing.

Now who is responsible for the mishap? Does the MCD / Delhi government realize what the citizens are going through due to their callous attitude towards the basic infrastructure of the city?

We the residents of A block single storey Malka ganj, civil lines Delhi - 7 are getting contaminated water for last seven days. i would request the forum to forward the complaint to concerned authorities because the health of residents is in jeopardy and may lead to outbreak of water borne diseases.

i have filed my PF application on 12/04/2010 but till date no any action taken .i am in urgent need of money for family treatment but more than 2 month pasted . If we contact them they want some fuel to start work. my no is PN/19017/1512 .they have its acknowledgement for this that application is received by PF office of Ludhiana .They also say that there staff is busy in loading new website of epf .

I'm facing lots of problem as there is a big encroachment in DDA pocket 12 jasola Vihar, flat no 194 A, which is a great problem for us , we cannot park our car or children cannot play.

The owner of flat no 194 A, had made a big lawn by encraocing into parking space and road and also made a a small room with toilet over there

Please get this encraochment cleared

Hello MSEB authorities !!

We are living in KOparkhairne , Navi Mumbai and We have been regularly paying MSEB electricity bills over the counter only, however to save time we have tried to pay bill online(http://billing.mahadiscom.in/) and last month 19-04-2010 we made an online payment of Rs 440 /-, against which We have the receipt.Now The current month May 2010 , we received a bill of Rs 820/- which very much seems like the double amount for both April and May. We also tried to enquire over the counter and were left with an answer , 'DO NOT PAY BILL ONLINE'. Now the question is, is this website not governed by the Municiple corporation. Who are responsible for such a mistake? How can I get my money back? and so on. Is it the only way to fight with a corruption like this? Why should the consumers have to suffer and for how long? How long do we have to put complaints on the website and waiting for some aid? Merely putting the complaints on the website , does it really make some sense? the Call Centre Toll Free No. 18002333435 (For Muncipal Corporation Area Only) is not functional. The web site mentions,

Illegal Construction
We have filed a case/complaint against illegal construction near our house, Bhavsar Nagar Nanded against Mr Shrikant Pendkar who is constructing a 4 storied Apartment in the name of Shakuntal Construction (No registration available in this name for construction) from last 1.5 yrs.

Our claim against builder-
He has not left a single foot of area and utilized our space. He has blocked our air, light and he has encroached in our plot.
Besides this he has kept windows, pipeline and drainage pipes are facing to our kitchen, verandah and bedrooms but he has not kept 3 foots of space as per government rules. He has a construction which is not as per the approved drawings of concern government authorities.
His unsafe workmanship and less space injuring family members and damage happening to our house. As happened on previously and latest by 10.05.2010

Our claim against, Waghala Municipal commissioner and higher officers of corporation:-

Firstly I want to tell everyone the importance of Rs.1000 Note which can be used to allow one sugarcane juice maker (Gane wala) (The money they used to give mcd staff to allow them)to harm public health with the intention of there fast earning. Sugarcane(Gana) juice itself is illegal and banned by government as the mosquite which spreads from these machines can cause dangerous diseases like dengue, malaria etc and the dhoop they burn (which is made by tube wastes can effect throat and eyes) are very harmful for public health but still they used to run there shops without permit and by giving little amount of money to mcd staff to allow them to do so. I just want to request to our MCD pls allow these shops onlyafter proper method of survey and tell them to follow strict rules of health safety else pls stop them to play with public health. (Im suffering from Breathing problem as this shop is running without fear of mcd near my shop at gandhi nagar)

The government does not have any provision to provide the NOC of one state to another. Say i have purchased vehicle in Bangalore and am transferred to Hyderabad so there is no online system to get NOC of my vehicle from Hyd.
Now I move from Hyd to Pune so again you have to go to Bangalore physically along with your vehicle and then only you can get the NOC. This is very tedious jon I mean those are working how can they roam everytime to the location which had been already left. also lot of expense goes off travelling to the locations across india.

This means that you cannot purchase vehicle from any state where you are only working and is not your hometown.

RTO department is not helping in any way for this matter. They just want to earn more money using this.

I request any concern individual to think about the same and implement across country process.

please stop (DDA/MCD/PPOLICE or any other organizaion) illegal construction at Gautampuri New Seelampur. Please the all illegal construction at Street no 13And A illegal Desi Theka Near Water Tank At Corner Side Of School Wall.As our police officer knows very well about it but not try to stop it i don,t know why but it is very bed in eveinig many drunker wondering around this area and fighting and abusing is common thing. Pease police officers stops all these activity as soon as possible otherwise this will be ctreating problem for that person,s whos are not like them

Delhi-110053 in front of water tank his materials is keep on the main road
side and covering about 300 Mtr of Main Road That's not good by which there
is dust around . He is also covered with tin shade in of main road it is
working about 20 years but no body dare to touch We don't know what is
matter mcd persons come with vehicle after complaint against but We don't
know why go back with 5% material with them and this is happened many times
but not a single effects. We have said many times to the owner of the shop
( Ashok Gupta ) but he begun to fight with us. We have no personal problem
with owner but we will have to face a lot problem Like dust problem and
Traffic Zam. We want the permanent solution.The Police want us residents to
lodge a written complaint before they take any action.Complain against these
law-breakers? One has to be mad or suicidal, or both to do that.What's the
way out?.we are the local citizens whose suffered from this shop keeper and

As ASI Mr. Ashok has insprcted on April 20,2010 and agreed that the residents of 220A, Nai Basti, Okhla are suffering badly from the dire accumulation of dirty and filthy drain water for several months due to concreat blockage under the covered portion of the sewer of the next building No: 220B, Nai Basti, you are requested to to take urgent step to remove the obstacles to restore the normal frow of drain water and save our lives.
We are also at risk on heath ground due to heap of foul smelling garbage in the open plot adjacent to our building. It has become a den of all types of antisocial activities. I have lodged a complaint to jamia nagar Police Station vide Dy No: 18A on 22-4-10.
As I have complained you more than hundred times through SMSs, please act swiftly and oblige.

People Removing Plastics Dustbins by using Various Ways.

(Locality- East Delhi, Yamuna Vihar, Ward No. 253)

The MCD installed or place their plastics dustbins at various place in our locality. But as the time passes people living near to the dustbins get irritated with the foul smell. At many place the dustbins destroyed by fire and in many places, the dustbins is removed by the garbage collectors truck people.

Due to this only 2-3 dustbins are left. And these dustbins causes great pain to the people living near it and even people from other block of our locality also put their garbage in these 2-3 dustbins. The whole dustbins full of garbage within a hour and garbage start coming out of these dustbins. And spread all over the road and causes accident.

I request MCD authority to remove these 2-3 dustbins, so that people and cleaner put garbage in the Garbage dump built by MCD on outside of the colony.

This is with reference to the re-construction of the road from House No.-A-23 to A-320, DDA Flats, Kalkaji, and New Delhi-19. We want to bring to your kind notice that the construction work on this road was started almost four months ago and can’t say when this will last. The contractor from MCD (Central Zone) Mr. Sukhbeer stops the work in between now and then. The road is broken from places and we are suffering a lot due to this. The little portion he had made is not upto the mark. The material used is so poor that there is dust all over the place and people are having breathing problems. One old aged person has to be hospitalized as his lungs have been damaged due to this. The throat and nasal problems are quite common as every one is inhaling dust forget about the broken road on which kids and old has to walk through. God knows what will happen next. I have tried my best and put the matter to Je. & Ae. of Works Deptt. and as well as Deputy. Commissioner of MCD, Central Zone, Lajpat Nagar. On dated 12/12/2009, through the area Councilor Dhir Singh Kasana (Ward No. 190) C.R.Park itself, but nothing concrete came out.
