Today morning i filled petrol at Kasthuri Agency (IOC Petrol Agent) at perambur (near rly station), to my surprise the salesman without punching the elect. board put the petrol pipe into my bike fuel tank and told me that he filled Rs.50 worth without my knowledge. The board didnt show the quantity or amount of petrol he put. So he cleverly at the blink of an eye cheated me. Myself and my father who was sitting behind me where shocked by this incident.

Beware while filling at this agency or any bunk.

I have Indian oil domestic LPG gas connenction (Double Gas Cylender) last 26 years old, I am suffering from delay delivery after 34 days gas services last 2 years. Distributor always said that gas supply problems and huge Coustomer Holder. (Gas reached to home after 15 days booking and after 20 days again gas reached to home).But other areas gas supply no porblems like Behala Manton, New Alipore, Lake Gardens, Rash Behari, Tollygunge, Ballygunge etc.

Please I need serious action to the dealer asap..........

my Q5 bill is to much becouse Q5 meter reading is rong, I complain your office at that time they says that to pay this full bill, thats way i also pay full bill.
then after three mont next Q6 bill meter is zero, but mansen menimum charges Rs. 150-00,
i asked to your compeny why i pay my minim bill Q6,

Q5 meter reading mistake is your side, there for Q6 meter reading is zero,
why shud i pay Q6 bill payment?

THIS GAS AGENCY IS NOT SUPPLING ON TIME , I BOOKED CYLINDER ON 28/10/09 BUT EVEN TODAY ALSO I AM WAITING FOR THE SAME . THERE IS NO MEANING OF PHONE CALL , PROVIDED NO LAND LINE NO. IS WORKING , ONLY ONE LAND LINE NO. WORKING ------------- THAT TOO ALWAYS BUSY , IF GOT CHANCE THEN ALSO NO ANSWER . WHAT IS THE WAY OUT LEFT IS BUY THE CYLINDER WHICH IS AVAILABLE IN BLACK ONLY .

IF THIS IS THE SOLUTION THEN HOW TO SERVE OR GET BENIFITTED . WHAT IS THE PURPOSE , EVEN IF I GO PERSONALLY THERE ALSO BUT ONLY ASSURANCE THAT YOU WILL GET TOMORROW .

I hereby want to inform you though mail this letter that it present in kosi kalan town the LPG is being supplied by the “Mathura Gas Agency”, Mathura (herein after referred to as “AGENCY”) The “Agency” has opened a supply & booking in kosi kalan(Mathura), Mr. GANGI SINGH is wholesale in charge of supply and booking in kosi kalan.
Through a proper notice, earlier it has been brought your notice that a consumer was beaten by the agency personals due to protest against the booking authorities, the bookings are not bookings are not being supplied on time by the agency in kosi kalan.
We requested to deliver a cylinder against our connation no 3731& 361on dated 23-09-2008 in the name of “mahavir Prasad” & C K Misra respectively, through “Registered post”. The concern person denied the accept our letter & no supply has yet been made.
We also want to inform that kosi kalan supply agency is not supplying the bookings on time, moreover the agency is selling the domestic cylinders to the commercial users at the 600 per cylinder.
There is no telephone booking facilities and no proper space provided by “AGENGY” to consumer (see photo)
