Fast Food Restaurants

i'm a resident of naraina vihar, new delhi -28 and complaining regarding the enchrochment by Aggarwal sweets. all the fast food work has been extended on the road and creates an unhygenic atmosphere around the area. due to dsi extention the area for the people passing by has been reduced and many people have even fallen due to this.. the staff of the shop are also very cheap and have been disturbing the people alot.

We went for a family dinner tonight(15Nov09)in SinhZ resturant atSLV plaza Kundalahalli gate .During mid of the dinner we found that one of the Tandoori roti was having bigger Plastic piece in it.We want to complaint but one listen to us and we were forced to make payment so we had to make payment and we left food. Resturant managment did not listen to us and were least worry how much of such plastic has gone to our body with bad quality food. Not willing to take any action and just said - Sorry, but you have to Pay for what u ordered, if you wish to eat this food eat or leave . We Paid Rs 290 and spoiled our mood on a saturday.We all come with psychological tension that we had food with plastic, somthing can happen to me.

Let me know how can we take this complaint to authorities so that people like SinghZ resturant should not take consumer for granted and play with life of people espacially kids.

I have an urgent complaint regarding a hotel named Sandarshini In hyderabad. I am a pure vegetarian i.e. i cant eat mushrooms too.. but they served me and my friend veg hakka noodles which contained mushrooms. and when i argued with them,, they not only argued with me but threatened also and also kept my vehicles keys when i denied to pay their bill. I only tasted one spoon out of that dish and my friend didn't even touched it. Even then i had to pay the bill.. Not only this, but they argued and quarreled with me in front of the whole crowd there and tarnished my reputation as i am a regular customer there for the past 2 years now.. and i know a lot of vistors to this particluar hotel. I even felt like filing a report with the food and adultration department. Even i reprted the same to the concerned owner of this group but he took it lightly and he too blamed me only saying that it's not their fault and that they include mushrooms in that particular dish. I agree, that they might be including it in the same but they need to mention the same in the menu itself. I've had the same dish from other hotels too where they don't include mushrooms in this dish..
