I have been DISH TV customer for TWO years and finally, we were in a place where we could buy a good LED 40 inch TV. We bought the TV 1 week ago and thought that since our experience with DISH TV had been OK so far, we would take a child connection(second connection) with Rs. 170/- per month from them rather than pay a huge initial connection amount added to 300 odd per month to other competing DTH providers.

We booked 6 movie tickets at "ashapurna bioscope" through telebooking of 3.15pm on 30 april 2010 .On delivery he gave us the tickets of 12.15pm show instead of 3.15pm . Since we were already late for our tutions in hurry we could not check the timings .When we arrived at the theater we were given the entry but later on after 15 min they told us to move out .That was not at all fair .We were not responsible for the fault of the counterman .We were also not at all treated nicely by the employees there .We contacted MR K.K SHARMA who also was not at all interested in our talks .The employees at the counter were also not ready to check the bookings .Since we were students they tried to dominate us and simply told the securities to move us out of the theater .
You are requested to kindly notice the matter and take immediate action against employees along with our compensation of 6 tickets@130 each.

I saw the add on TV of SUN DTH for Rs 500- and I was contacted a distributer, they told that they are charging Rs1750/- Installation charge is Rs 1250/- I cant understand that a small dish fitting and lying cable to the set up box is the charge Rs 1250/- Are they living in United states or UK?? Or The SUN TV is charging the cost of Dish with it and giving free to the customer??

They are foolishing the people of india.
Secondly If you are paying Rs 110/-pm then you will get some choosed LIMITED channels and you will never get all free to air channels, Most of the free to air channels are selling the SUN Net.

I wish to file a complaint against DISHTV DTH Service. On 7th of Nov 2009, After getting the advice from DISHTV customer care i recharged my DISH TV package for Rs.740. The advice given my the representative was that i had to resharge for Rs.740 to avail the offer of ZRZR wherein Rs.40 would be deducted for downgrading charges from Platinum package to silver package. And the rest Rs.700 would go into my account and he would activate ZRZR scheme on my account . He asked me to call the customer care after recharging. I called the cutomer care after recharging and requested to downgrade my package to Silver and make me avail the benefit of ZRZR offer. But the issue raised by a representative called Vijay was that he would be able to downgrade my package to silver but he cannot activate ZRZR offer on my account. He said i can either opt for ZRZR or downgrade my package. Whereas the 1st person who spoke to me never said this and asked me to just recharge my current pack and never mentioned about selecting Silver pack while recharging.

i had bought big tv on 28th of august for rs 3990 and i was suppose to get 12 months free subscription of premium pack. but i did not even get free subscription not even for 8 days. i have been complaining to the customer care but no action is been taKEN . I CAN Provide u my complain nos:75884823, 75684843, 75750313, etc. till now my problem is not solved somebody please help.
