DELL is selling defective laptops and not providing support, very rude and unprofessional

I spoke to your TS person named Roopesh for 45 Mins and then he said that he can’t help me . When I asked to transfer the call to someone who can help me, he said "I am giving the call to a Sr. Tech). Then a lady picked the call and said that she is the manager (Priyanka). She was extremely rude with me, shouted at me and said that she can’t help me on my warranty issue. I have gifted this laptop and when I came to see the problem I have reported. I have logged this case one month back and nobody responded to me in a satisfactory fashion. Priyanka told me that your warranty is about to expire. But it was not expired. Through email another technician told me that I will be covered under warranty as since I have logged the case 1 month earlier. I want some higher authority person to handle my situation as Priyanka challenged me that "you go and complain it to any levels about me" AND DISCONNECTED THE CALL AFTER ONE HOUR. This is the worst experience I had after calling for help. Please treat this as a serious problem and take appropriate action against that lady.
complaint against poor service of hp laptop at hp authorised service station
Submitted by maninderkaur on Tue, 04/28/2009 - 04:36.the charging socket of my hp laptop got broken. when we went to nearby authorised hp service station they told us to submit the laptop as they have to open the motherboard and check what the basic problem was... when we went there the next day they said the whole motherboard will be changed as no extra unattached sockets are available in the market. the expenses projected they told were Rs. 10,000/- to 12,000/-. the laptop was completely opened...
we told them to close the laptop and return.. we paid 150/- Rs. service charges and took our laptop back...
the very next day somebody told us about the local repair shop of hp and intel at jalandhar. we showed the laptop there. they told us to wait for 1 hr. and in front of us he only opened two nut - bolts and changed the socket.... we paid Rs. 1,000/- only.
NOW THE QUESTION IS
ARE THE STAFF MEMBERS OF HP UNQUALIFIED????/
are they paid for just making lot of money from the customer.
ONE MUST TAKE A STRICT ACTION AGAINST THEM...

TCS A CHEATING COMPANY TO EMPLOYEES GIVES DIVIDEND TO SHAREHOLDERS AND NEGLECTS POOR STAFF

They also included the probationers who were not under variable component and cut their salaries too.
It is a good rule Whip THE STAFF AND PAY THE SHAREHOLDERS
IF THEY ARE SO MUCH CASH STRAPPED TO CUT SALARIES OF employees in Variable component and also to include all the employees who did not have a variable pay for this year why are they giving dividends to shareholders.
They are cheating the shareholders as well because rather than increasing earnings per share by buying own stock they are throwing dust in the eyes of shareholders.
Expect TCS stock price to fall rather than gain by these dimwits.

I Have taken one Laptop Compaq Presarion Model No F733AU Serial No CNF7484ZRN from Vijay Sales ( Vashi Branch)on April 10, 2008 and on the Laptop it is written that it has one Year Warranty.
I realised that when i press the Caps On button the LAD light was not coming on so i thought to visit the service centre as the Laptop was under the warranty period ( Within year )

The main problem is that the fan side portion gets heat up wihin 1 hour & after that system goes shut down automatically. Its under warrenty period, but when ever i summit it to the service centre they took around a month to solve the problems. And again on 20th dec 08 i got my system back after solving the same problem, and they assure me that now u will not face the same problem. But its my bad luck that just after 15 days on 06 jan 09 again system face the same problem & still going on. This was my 4th times complain to the service centre...but as usual they assure me & again i got the same problem.
Just i got tired of moving round to service centre. Plz help me!
HP all in one Printer ; Manufacturing defect

I have purchased an hp printer model no. DeskJet F4185 (all in one) serial no.CN84T6W2PZ from nahar enterprises bathinda on 20/09/2008 and after one week i.e. on 26/09/2008. I registered my complaint to hp customer care on 27/09/2008 complaint no. 8016515863. On 29/09/2008 their service engineer came and declared it a manufacturing defect and said that the company will replace it. Now hp is replacing my printer with an old one I don’t know why they are doing this to me as I have bought this printer as sealed pack and now they are exchanging it with an old unit. Please help me as the matter is creating tension in mind and I am feeling cheated after making many calls to them, it feels like begging my thing from them.

against Mercury mother board manufacturer
Submitted by chaman on Sat, 09/27/2008 - 10:22.I have bought mercury mother board from computer empire Nehru Place Delhi 5 month back. the board started having problem in its USB port in 2 months. I went to computer empire with board to get it repaired but he asked me to take it service centre Kalkaji. then i went there with board. They had taken board and asked me to come tomorrow. Then next day i called them they told me they have improved the board u could come to take it. Then i went there i asked them to check it whether it is ok or not they told me they do not check this time their checking timing is 10 AM to 12 PM i was late.then i asked them its USB ports are working they told me they did not check this problem they have improved its display but interesring thing was this there was no problem with the display still they claimed that they have improved according to me they kept it one day with them they did nothing just check its display which was fine they should check every thing if they found nothing wrong in board why they claimed they have improved it.
