grievance over hp computers
Submitted by kamakshi on Thu, 07/08/2010 - 05:11.this is with reference to the purchase of hp desktop .we bought it in June 2008.we had to go for loan to buy the computer.now its been two years and within this time we had to bear two major repairs.we trusted hp but were very much disappointed by its functioning.can't computers last more than an year without getting major repairs?
Still not recieved Dell™ Inspiron 14R New Laptop (T540514IN8) after 14 days.

As Dell customer care, Even they can not do any thing ... Cause Order is placed and It depends on Manufacturing Factory located in Chennai.And even they don't know , why It's taking too long.
I want an immediate action on it...

Submitted by K Arumugam on Sat, 11/21/2009 - 13:30.i purchased a new laptops model G-550 94Q from authorised deald Unique infoways Pvt Ltd, nehru place new delhi on 14-11-2009 at 16.00 hrs in the DOS mode for Rs.32,000 after coming to my home a red colour dot pixel is appearing in the LCD, i took it to the dealer but they redirected to take it to service center on 16-11-2009 for replacement they did not agree for that lodge a complaint through no. 1800 11 55 22 they gave me a complaint No. 5065722 after two days they ask me photo snaps and finally one 20-11-2009 they refused to change the laptops, since i got a new brand and also a manufacture fault they are not ready to change. please lodge a compliant against them and ask them to replace.it

Complaint against manufacturing fault in Acer Laptop

We have purchased three Acer laptops on 25.09.08 through Acer authorised distributor Staples Future Office Products Pvt Ltd, Sector 18, Gurgaon.
One of these laptops had developed one crack on top cover on the opening joint (hinge joint) for which we contacted at Acer Customer Support vide case ID 103009-347. As the same type of crack had developed on the same location in one of the laptop of make Acer purchased earlier, we had contacted the Acer customer support to report the incidence being of repeated nature and must be a manufacturing fault.
We were advised by the Acer Customer Support executive to contact the nearest Acer Service Centre at Gurgaon and get the laptop inspected by them. We got the laptop inspected at the service centre and they confirmed that this is a physical damage and not covered under warranty. The service report to this affect is attached.
The crack is not due to mishandling or negligence and the crack has developed automatically due to operation of opening/closing of top cover and the same has occurred even before completion of one year which suggests that the life of Acer laptop is only one year.
Not entertaining the complaint

My name is Satish Singhal. I have purchase a H.C.L. Computer S. No. 8087AM038901. I have maid a complaint to H.C.L. 2 month before that my keyboard & D.V.D. Combo is not working properly (Call id 19090203). A man after 10call came to me and checks my P.C. & took keyboard & D.V.D. Combo for replacement on 7-9-2009 but after 23 days neither my keyboard & D.V.D. Combo replaced nor any man contact me.
I make daily call to H C L. customer care but they haven’t made any satisfaction to me.
I just only asked to them that they take how much time to solve a complaint.
I don’t understand what to do. I byes that computer for my son for helping his study. But two month has past and they haven’t replace keyboard & D.V.D. Combo and solving my complaint.

i purchased a compaq notebook610 on 28 aug,09,but unfortunataly its CD drive stopped working from the very next day,i.e from 29 aug.i took it back to the showroom from where i purchased it(computerland,neheru place,new delhi),from where they refered it to hp service centre,technoland systems Ltd,safdarganj enclave,new delhi.They submitted my laptop and ensure me to return it within 5 days.but still i couldn't get my laptop back,and my request is still pending.everyday i make a call to them the assure me that it will be o.k in a day or two.
As a IT student,i am facing a big loss reagarding my subjects.please help me.

I Joydeep Roy had bought a Lenovo laptop on December 2006, the serial number is L3CT114 and model number is 0768A34 but unfortunately the product didn’t work as per my expectation.
Immediately after I started using the machine, it started getting heated up. I logged a complaint for the same. An engineer came in, replaced the fan and left. Keeping faith on the IBM brand I thought now there wouldn’t be any issues and the laptop would have no other complaints.
But within few days again the machine started giving the problem. I called up the customer care asked for the replacement of the machine. They sent an engineer changed the motherboard, and convinced me that this would be the last time I would have complaints.
Since then I have constantly getting some or the other problem with the machine and still haven’t got the permanent solution to the problem.
Few days back I had given the machine for servicing, when I got back the machine the processor was been replaced. I again logged a complaint for it. They again apologized and got my earlier processor.
intel motherboard not replace

I PURCHASED INTEL MOTHERBOARD WITH 3 YEARS WARRANY WITH REPLACEMENT. WHEN MY MOTHERBOARD NOT AFTER 4 TO 5 MONTHS OF
PURCHASE I CONTACT INTEL THROUGH E-MAIL THEY REPLIED ME FOR
SELF REPAIRED TECHNICS. I TRIED BUT I CAN NOT SUCCESS THEN
THEY AGREE TO RECEIVED A MOTHER BOARD .
BUT WITHIN 4 TO 5 DAYS MY MOTHERBOARD RETURN TO ME WITHOUT
ANY REPLACEMENT.
DEll Studio 15 laptop warranty service not provided.

I had purchased dell studio 15 laptop 2 months back and whn i was playing the dvd there was a very dim negligible voice and when i contacted the dell customr support by phone they told me several instructions but insipite of that it is not working properly and i have emailed the company regarding this and asked me to provide onsite support but they are not giving any reply.....

I spoke to your TS person named Roopesh for 45 Mins and then he said that he can’t help me . When I asked to transfer the call to someone who can help me, he said "I am giving the call to a Sr. Tech). Then a lady picked the call and said that she is the manager (Priyanka). She was extremely rude with me, shouted at me and said that she can’t help me on my warranty issue. I have gifted this laptop and when I came to see the problem I have reported. I have logged this case one month back and nobody responded to me in a satisfactory fashion. Priyanka told me that your warranty is about to expire. But it was not expired. Through email another technician told me that I will be covered under warranty as since I have logged the case 1 month earlier. I want some higher authority person to handle my situation as Priyanka challenged me that "you go and complain it to any levels about me" AND DISCONNECTED THE CALL AFTER ONE HOUR. This is the worst experience I had after calling for help. Please treat this as a serious problem and take appropriate action against that lady.
complaint against poor service of hp laptop at hp authorised service station
Submitted by maninderkaur on Tue, 04/28/2009 - 04:36.the charging socket of my hp laptop got broken. when we went to nearby authorised hp service station they told us to submit the laptop as they have to open the motherboard and check what the basic problem was... when we went there the next day they said the whole motherboard will be changed as no extra unattached sockets are available in the market. the expenses projected they told were Rs. 10,000/- to 12,000/-. the laptop was completely opened...
we told them to close the laptop and return.. we paid 150/- Rs. service charges and took our laptop back...
the very next day somebody told us about the local repair shop of hp and intel at jalandhar. we showed the laptop there. they told us to wait for 1 hr. and in front of us he only opened two nut - bolts and changed the socket.... we paid Rs. 1,000/- only.
NOW THE QUESTION IS
ARE THE STAFF MEMBERS OF HP UNQUALIFIED????/
are they paid for just making lot of money from the customer.
ONE MUST TAKE A STRICT ACTION AGAINST THEM...

TCS A CHEATING COMPANY TO EMPLOYEES GIVES DIVIDEND TO SHAREHOLDERS AND NEGLECTS POOR STAFF

They also included the probationers who were not under variable component and cut their salaries too.
It is a good rule Whip THE STAFF AND PAY THE SHAREHOLDERS
IF THEY ARE SO MUCH CASH STRAPPED TO CUT SALARIES OF employees in Variable component and also to include all the employees who did not have a variable pay for this year why are they giving dividends to shareholders.
They are cheating the shareholders as well because rather than increasing earnings per share by buying own stock they are throwing dust in the eyes of shareholders.
Expect TCS stock price to fall rather than gain by these dimwits.
