shoppers stop - I had a very cheap experience

Myself i am Blessen Cherian. A first Citizen member of Shoppers Stop and my Card number is 2210 9121 0030 7881. I was in Dubai for several months and i came few weeks before.

On the evening of 10 th January 2010 I went to shoes shop namely "A one shop" at the junction of madangir market (The route started from mother diary nearby BRT Corridor,Madangir, opposite shiv mandir and ended at the junction inside the market,where we can see 'A one shoe shop' at first on the right side of the jewelery road of Madangir market) After I bought One boot brush costing 40 Rs and on pair of boot lice for 10 Rs ,asked him to be billed in cash memo. But the shop owner denied to give bill on cash memo saying that we do not give bill on cash memo while he keep the bill book on his table. Then I said him that I am paying the price which you asked me, If so I deserve to take bill on cash memo. Then he took back the boot brush and boot lice from me that I bought telling to get it from any other shop.Same deed also has done earlier by this shop owner with me.The common people come to that shop are not aware about taking the bill thinking that what to do with this cash memo.Such behavior of shop owners is unbearbale and the concerned department controlling them should take serous action against this shop owner.
about defective sarees
Submitted by kamal_dadni on Wed, 11/25/2009 - 14:33.I purchased 2 chamki sarees from M/s.Amarnath's, New No.114/old No.178, NSC Bose Road,Chennai.600001 @ Rs.1000 each on 25.10.09. On the same day I noticed that the chamkis are falling and the cloth is also not worthy of Rs.1000/. I contacted the Shop owner and requested to exchange the sarees but he bluntly refused to exchange the same. His Mobile No. is 9840366531/9840731218 Landline 04425386365.
I kindly request you to intervene and take appropriate action against the party and render justice by making necessary arrangements for the replacement.

Lepakshi Designers is worst
Submitted by punsur on Wed, 11/18/2009 - 10:22.i had given two salwar kammez with a duppatta to stitch at Lepakshi designers ,MICO layout ,BTM 2 stage, bangalore ,phone-08026680854,9980012996. , which was to be delivered on 5 nov 09 .when i went to collect it ,they said duppatta is missing.no one even tried to search it in the shop.and when i became a bit strict about it ,the owner started misbehaving badly with me.he abused me and my husband and said wont give my duppatta at all.he said its not his repsonsibility.he steals suit materials.
this shop is worst .now they are not even lifting call to answer when they will give it.before also the owner did the same.they misbehave with the girls so girls beware.
Defective shirt not getting proper replacement or cashback

I have purchased 2 Peter England shirts and 2 trousers on 13/09/2009 from following shop

Naupada Thane (W)

One of Peter England shirt was defective, so I asked for replacement.
Shopkeeper told me to wait 1 week. After 1 week they were ready to give me replacement. But they don’t have same type of shirt in Peter England, they asked me to buy another brand shirt, which is very costly, almost double the price I paid for defective shirt
I asked them either give me same range and matching shirt or give me my money back.
But they refused to do same and asked me to wait till Diwali
For 749/- shirt price I am not going to wait till Diwali, and asked for money back. This also they refused.
Please help me for this issue.
Lousy service of India Today Book Club
Submitted by Amyangshu Dev on Wed, 04/01/2009 - 14:24.The service of India Today Book Club is appalling. I booked an order on 03/03/2009 and was informed that I will get delivery of the goods within two weeks.
When 3 weeks had passed and there was no communication from ITBC, I called up the helpline number. The first agent just hung up on me!!
The second agent told me that the shipment was already handed over to Bluedart Courier and gave me a AWB number. When I checked the Bluedart website, the AWB number was not valid.
When I called up again after a week, the third agent told me that the shipment was not yet handed over to the courier. I asked for an email status of my order, which was never sent.
It is a month now, and of course I haven't received my ordered items.
My experience is that ITBC is a bunch of liars and scamsters. BEWARE!!!
Complain against India today book club
Submitted by Mohit Shaktawat on Wed, 03/04/2009 - 05:34.I had placed order on India today book club for Reebok fitness Kit on 27 Jan 09 and they were suppoes to deliver the same with in TAT of 20 days even after the 40 days they are unable to deliver the Reebok kit ,payment of the same was done through credit card of Rs 3198/- .I have been corresponding to them on regualr bases but no action has been initiated by them I feel been cheated , request to advice me how to go about so my payment is been reimbursed at the earliest .
defective good
Submitted by anjaliagarwalonline on Tue, 01/06/2009 - 07:35.: I purchased a medium size suit on 12-08-08 at 13.47.51 from SNG Fashions Pvt. Ltd for Rs799/- .The suit had 2 piece a upper and a lower. But when I came home to Agra to my surprise the shop gave me the upper of small size and lower of medium size .On 8/11/08 I went all the way from Agra to Delhi to exchange the piece . But they did not exchanged it and even did not admitted their mistake .I asked for any solution in form of replacement , exchange or return of money but they refused. But they kept the piece saying that they will look into the matter. On 30/12/08 I again went to Delhi and asked them to at least return the defective suit but they refused . So his way they gave me a mental torture. In spite of their mistake I had to bear the losses
