I am the owner of a Maruti Ritz vxi (ABS) which I bought on 31-03-10.
I complained of poor mileage & poor pick up to the workshop manager & he inspected it & said it was normal.After the 1st servicing I went back with the same complaint.the response was same with a very casual attitude.Then I tried another car of the same make.That seems normal & having quite good pick up.Now the average milage is 11kms/ltr which was assured to be to 17kms/ltr.

I Glenwil Saldanha owner of Glenwil Travels wanted to buy an Toyota
And approached Om Marketing for the same in the month of February.
Since they are a ( D.S.A) they approached Toyota millennium for the same
Finance was arranged from Mahindra finance of rupees 910200 ( Nine Lakhs
Ten Thousand Two Hundred ) on 23/03/2010 from that day onwards my
Monthly E.M.I began .the cheque was then handed to Toyota which in turn

Lack of ownership transfer

I had sold my car (KA04-MB-2706) to TVS Sundaram Iyengar & Sons Limited. The over-zealous car dealers took my signatures on all car ownership transfer papers to be submitted to RTO stating that they would complete the transfer procedure themselves, which was never done. Now, I am getting notices for fine payments for any traffic violations caused by the current owner of the car. Several complaints to TVS Sundaram have not yielded results, and they claim that the unit to which I had sold the car has closed down, and they are not able to track down papers related to whom the car was subsequently sold.

Krishna Mukherjee is a resident of Kolkata and have booked a i10 sportz with Rudra Hyundai at Durgapur through Mr. Subrata Roy,Sales Representative of Rudra Hyundai, who met me at Waria and booking process was made vide a Proforma Invoice No.RH/DGP/214 Dt. 27.10.2009 for an amount of Rs.442432/- inclusive of 100% Insurance off,Spl.Discount of Rs. 2400/-, Corporate Discount of Rs.4000/- & Discount to Govt Employee for Rs. 2000/-. It was said that above Discount Offer will end on 31.10.2009. An amount of Rs. 25000/- was paid as Booking Amount vide Cheque No.877498 Dt. 27.10.2009,which has been realised from my Bank A/c on 29.10.2009, but no Money Receipt was issued to me. At the time of booking, it was discussed that I only can procure the car through a Car Loan from State Bank of India.

fraud year of manufacturing

I booked a Skoda Octavia Ambiente 1.9 TDi from MARIKAR (MOTORS) LTD calicut on Sept 5th 2009 05/09/09 and got delivered on 17/09/09 .When i look at the delivery time there are some damaged parts on the car which the manager guaranteed to replace the damaged Parts at the First service . According to the The Form 21 (Sale latter ) issued to me the manafacturing date opf the car was january 2009 . I was surprised how there is an 8 month delay but the manager at MARIKAR MOTORS LTD calicut convinced me by saying that there will be some delay for this kind
of premium vechiles. i accepted and took the delivery .

After 7 days when i went to RTO to register my car they find out that the car was made in 2008 from the VIN(Chasis number) and ask me to provide the Year decoder for VIN of skoda or CUT OFF Chassis as proof that this vechile is Manafactured in 2008 . Chassis/VIN : TMBCGH1U88A009754
Engine No: ALHE25966 .

G3 motors - dealer for Mahindra

I had booked a Mahindra Logan with the Malad W branch of G3 motors on 27th May. At the time of booking i was told that I would get 90% financing. I was also told that if there was any problem with the financing they would cancel the booking and refund the entire booking amount. However, after I spoke to the bank representative, it became apparent that i would not get more than 85% financing and hence i requested G3 motors to cancel the booking. G3 motors refused to refund the amount to start with, and on pursuing them further they decided on refunding 50% of the total amount paid. I am extrmely unhappy about this since they had promised that they would refund the amount in full. Moreover, even though i have followed up with them i m yet to receive any money from them.

Asiana motors,huyndai dealer Patna not giving Car registration papers

Dear Sir,
This is to bring into your notice that M/s Ashiana Motors,Dealer, Hyundai motors, Patna is giving bad treatment to their customers.
I had purchased a new Hyundai i10 Kappa sportz from this dealer on 06.02.2009 . However, I have not received the registration papers of my vehicle till date.
Initially when I contacted the concerned person for the papers, they told me that the registration was under process. Then after many personal visits to their office and much persuasion, he showed me the Road tax receipt for my car which was bearing a date 05.03.2009 . Since all the payment regarding the car was done before 07.02.2009 , it is surprising that the tax was deposited one month after the purchase of car!!
I am suffering monetary losses since the purchase of my vehicle. I cannot claim my monthly vehicle conveyance provided by my company.
It is a great mental harassment to me and all other consumers who suffer from such malpractices.
Strict action should be taken against such persons who harass the consumers.

BAD MAHINDRA RENAULT DEALERS

The Quality of Mahindra Logan Dealers is a matter of serious concern. Right from the word ‘GO’ I have been experiencing problems with Logan Dealers. The services of GMS at the time of delivery of vehicle were highly unsatisfactory. Very soon without any information GMS closed with no one to attend the Customers.

The Anti rust treatment carried out by GMS was very unsatisfactory and incomplete. After their closure Mahindra Dealers & the Anti Rust treatment co. viz. ‘FUCOT’ expressed their inability to solve the problem as GMS had closed down and FUCOT was no more carrying out treatment at any Logan service centers. Ultimately with great difficulty I got touch up job carried out at Sai Service, Maruti Dealer.

My Check for extended warranty was not forwarded to Mahindra and hence no Certificate was issued and my money was gobbled up by them and they closed down. They didn’t even inform me that a Certificate was reqd. With great difficulty after several follow ups and taking up ht matter vigorously with Mahindra , I got the Certificate issued after a long time.

car servise is not satisfied

My maruthi swift-VDI KL-40 A 5590 is now in indus motors muvattupuzha service center due to the complaint of broken axil while normal driving.Sir is it possible for a new vehicle to happen like this.From the service center they denied to change the axil in warranty.As the vehicle is now at only 24 thousand Kms and not still 2 years,without any rough driving what is our mistake to pay for a new axil.So please consider this complaint and do the needful kindly.Expecting your assistance as soon as possible.

i am indu yadav. i bought a second hand huandai accent car on 23 jan 2009 from first choice sushant lok part1 from auomotivs india on 308000/- cash amount when i purchased the car i was assured that the car is fully insurance coverd and in good running condition but when i drive it i found that the central loking of the car was not working after that i complained to sidarth the sales person he assured me that he will mantian the car.he done it when i drive it again for distance it creating missing problem and the insurance amount is 2'65'000 afterall they took 1000rs. more then the actuall rate.after facing so much problem i return the car after 40 days on 6 march 2009 and told them that either they give me some disscount on the car because the car is not in good condition or they take back it but till the time 25-04-2009 they didn't response me from any kind.and also ot picking my phone when i called them by another line they said give you response after disscusion but failed.now tell me wsir what to do am really fed off with the entire thing.

I had also purchased a Maruti Zen Estilo Lx on 14th Nov’2008 of colour pearl silver with Chasis No. 215747, Registration No. UP-32 CQ1470 from your authorized dealer Anand Motor Agencies Ltd., Lucknow. The car was handed over without some accessories, steering cover is still due, Car (vehicle) cover is under size. Remote of music system is not working and CD not ejecting properly. I had complained many times but no body has taken responsibility of my problems When I went to Anand Motor Service Station for my first service, I had to stay the whole day, and then nothing was properly done. They did’t clean or wash the car properly.
