Hi,

I had booked a order on 14/06/10 from the website.The delivery time was around 2-4 days, but still not delivered till now. When I try to contact the www.Infibeam.com (company) through which I have purchased it, then she told me that it will be delivered soon. I am getting this reply so many times whenever I called up.

Complaint : I had subscribed to GOOD Homes for One Year where they were offering Magpie Bar Set and Times Watch. I had paid Rs. 1,200 for full one year subscription. I paid on 31st December 2008 through my Master credit card. They commenced my subscription on February 2009 and told me that subscription gift would reach after 4 weeks of commencement of subscription. But till date I have not received the of said above mentioned gifts. I have been following up with them for quite long time but no response.

we dont put any order for books we also told your tellcaller lady she agreed also we recived sms form your side and the details is that your order no is oga 080137836.we dont want any books from your side we dont place any order if placed we make cancel that and also hear your recoarding for conformation or not conformation of order. there is a law in india that if you canform any order you have need to proof of that so we dont want any product gift etc.from your side plase dont send any thing we dont accept.

I have subscribed for Top Gear Cars magzine, but same was not received on time, for which i tried the callcenter no provided on their letterhead the same was not contactable. I wrote a mail on the mail address provided on the same letterhead which bounced back stating "email does not exists".
As both the contact details provided were proven wrong i wrote a mail to BBC the (partner componey)which then provided with a new mail address, I have wrote two reminders asking reason for the wrong details on letterhead and reason for delay, but it seems they do not have any curtesy to respond.
