Koryo AC not working

I am Dr. Saurabh Goyal. I have purchased a 1.5 Ton Window AC of
Koryo model KWR18AO2S bearing s.no.10C0280 vide Cash Memo
no.T26/19364 on date 23/06/2010 from Big Baazar, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh
& got it installed on 27/06/2010.
Since from the first day I am facing the cooling problem.

I have also contact the salesman.
Registered the complaint on E-care personally but nothing works.

I have purchased dual flush valves from parrywareabout 6 months ago for my new bunglow (for all bathrooms). Out of all the flush valves, 3 have already stopped working and 2 are not functioning properly. I have already reported this problem to the company toll-free number but there is no response from them They are not willing to attend the problem at all.

Also pipe has come out of some of the health faucets, which is ridiculous.

I am suffering for 6 months. I need justice.

Bad service from Samsung

I had purchased a Samsung AC 1.5 Tonnes 2 years back from Samsung. Samsung gives a warranty of 5 years on its compressor but I am having a very bad experience. My AC was not working and I had registered a complaint with their call centre and after repeated reminders they picked my AC for repair on 28th April,2010 and after that I did not hear from them for a long time. Only after I visited their service centre they sent me the AC on 22-May-2010 saying that AC was OK now. Now even after I have recieved back the AC from the service centre, the AC is not working.

Dear Sir,
It gives me pain to write you that I purchased a Mobile of your company model no-SGH-M -610 on 02/11/2008 from M/s. shri Dauji Traders, Kamla Bazar Hathras.
Suddenly this set become dead while it was on charging. Then I contacted to your service center “UNIVERSAL SERVICES’’ 3/265 shyam nagar Aligarh. On 27/08/2009. at the said center my set was examined by the personnel at service center and he could not ascertain any confirmed fault and asked me to send it to Head office.
About 3 month after the said service center delivered me a repair estimate of Rs.2250/ quoting fault found by engineer-internal PBA WASH and LIQUID LOGGED.
In this request I would like to draw your kind attention that this fault reported by engineer is totally false while there was no evidence of liquid logged when it was opened by the service center. I am not agreeing with the remark of your engineer. To avoid warranty this remark has been reported. This is a mal-practice and deficiency in service on your part which is not expected from you.

Product not delivered by HomeShop 18 though payment was made

I had placed an order for one 1.5 Ton Voltas Vetris 2 Star Window AC from Homeshop18 on 14/4/2010 vide Oder No. 703467542 for Rs.18000/-. I was foolish enough and have made payment of Rs.18000/- through my Credit Card as I was informed by the customer care of Homeshop18 that the product would be delivered at the most within 6-10 days. On verification from the "Track Your Order" option of the Homeshop18, I could see the information that the consignment has been handed over to the Courier. This is the position for the last 10-15 days. On inquiry over phone (29/4/2010), the customer care informed me that as the consignment is big and heavy, arrangements are being made to get it delivered locally, instead of sending it through courier. Then again on 30/4/2010 another lady executive rang me up and informed that the delay is due some problem going with Voltas Company, but now everything has been solved and the AC would be sent after necessary packing, and for that due care will be taken since the product is heavy and big, through courier within a day or 2 and I would be informed over SMS about the Courier Company, dispatch No. etc.

After the warranty got over, the machine got few major problems. I have a front door whirlpool washing machine. I Lodged a complaint on 24/05/09 the complaint number is MB0509014148 but there has been mo response from the service centre. I lodge a complaint again on 18/06/09 and the technician told me that the machine required a new front door .the technician told me that the new door would cost about Rs 2400. I ready was to pay them but after every day I called them they only told me that they were sending a technician today .this continued till the next 15 days and after 15 days they told me that they dint have a door for replacing in stock .but the door dint seem to ever come. after waiting for 15 day I called a private technician from out side he repaired the same door without replacing it and he charged only Rs 350 .after one and half month their technician came with door but I had already repaired the door, hence I sent him.

Inferior quality of Jaipan mixer grinder despite ISI mark

I brought a Jaipan mixer grinder from a retailer. This product have 1 year warranty and have a manufacturing defect, as it need frequent repairing. The above mixer got repaired through company representative thrice, but again it need repair due to bad quality of motor and other parts and other manufacturing defect it frequently stopped working and emitting burning smell and heat from inside.

Still the company refusing to make any exchange of the same despite 1 year warranty and having manufacturing defect in the product. For last more than 7 years, I am using Jyoti Mixer and I used to grind on this mixer only except one time repairing. In my home, we marginally use this mixer grinder as our we have a 3 member family.

Please help us for exchange of this mixer grinder and also need a thorough check how this poor quality mixer grinder got ISI trade mark? They used to give big ad in newspaper and other medium, but their quality of service is poor and sometime they are asking charges from customer despite warranty.

Please investigate the matter and do justice to me.

Whirlpool Home UPS not working and no reply form customer service desk

My whirpool home applicance which i Bought just 2 months back is not working at all. I m calling at their customer service desk since past 4days and still there has been no action taken.

PLease do something urgently atleast on humanitarian basis as the the home UPS in too dangerous condition

Satish Patil - AB Enterprises Paud Road Pune

Never deal with this company or Mr Satish Patil. He is a fraud. We placed an order with them for a Cummins Generator in September 2008. He promised to deliver the generator in October 2008. Satish Patil and his firm never kept their promise. They gave us all possible reasons for the delay which were all lies. They are not even dealers for any major brands. They are freelancers.

Finally we had to cancel the order in December 2008, since they were not delivering. Satish Patil, the owner of this firm promised us to refund back our money which by the way we had paid in full (INR 12.5 + lakhs) in 1 week. But till date we have not received a refund.

Satish Patil who stays on Paud road is a big cheat. He gave us all possible reasons like the 27/11 Mumbai blasts for delaying the refund. Every day Satish Patil promises he will pay us but he never does. Satish Patil twice gave us checks which bounced. We are still waiting for our refund. He is using our money and giving us false promises everyday.

Problem with Indiatimes shopping

I have purchased 5 Items from Indiatimes shopping online portal - and I never had any complaints about 4 (four) items I received. Even I have received a big product like Bionaire Tower fan - it was big enough to get damaged.
I bought another Emergency light from e-Commerce India - that was also not at all damaged...
I bought a very damageable product - Laptop cooling pad - and I received in very good condition,
I bought a Utility trolley - it was also not at all damaged -
But there is a Cheating company "Vishal Retail Ltd(102418)" - who is bothering me a lot and cheating with me - and the problem is Indiatimes Shopping is not at all taking a positive role in solving the problem. That Cheating company "Vishal" sent me a completely Damaged Product and after talking and writing a lot they changed that - and when next time time I opened the pack - I found the same damaged product they sent, and above all that company is claiming that they have sent me a good product this time.

AMRON POOR QUALITY INVERTR BATTERIED

On 14th May 2007 from RAKESH KUMAR & BROTHERS, RAJPUR ROAD, DEHRADUN I had purchased AMRON SHIELD Battery 130mh 0.8KV for my Home Inverter. The battery was supplied with a guarantee of 18months. While selling the shopkeeper told me that this battery is maintenance free and hence costs Rs7300/- which was aroung 30% more - as compared to batteries from other companies.
On 19th Feb.2008 the back up was less so I called the AMRON SERVICE ENGINEER who accepted that the battery was damaged and he replaced the same after 15 days.
On 21st June 2008 the same problem occurred and engineer replaced the battery once again and assured for good performance this time.
Again on 15th Sept. 2008 the problem occurred and engineer replaced the battery. At the time of replacement engineer made me aware that the complete LOT of batteries manufactured in year 2006 has got technical problems and now they are replacing the same and this replaced battery will work trouble free.
Contradictory to the above statement of the engineer the battery troubled me again in this month i.e. June 2009 as it was giving up the back up of hardly 30 minutes for just 2 Fans.

Eureka Forbes Vacuum Cleaner

Dear Sir,
I Would like to draw your kind attention towards the poor service after sales and false sales commitments of r sales persons of Eureka Forbes, India for the Euroclean Vacuum Cleaner I have purchasedon 1st May 2009 by your employee Mr Kishan Bahadur Saxena (Ph:9319927653).

On 30 of April 2009, I made a call to local office to demonstrate the Euroclean Vacuum Cleaner at my place. For this sales person Mr. Kishan Bahadur Saxena(Ph: 9319927653) fixed up the appointment at 5:30pm same day. As per fixed schedule Mr. Kishan Bahadur Saxena neither came for demonstration neither he gave me any phone call & wasting my precious time.
Next day on 1st May 2009 Mr.Saxena came at my place in the afternoon and demonstrated the Vacuum Cleaner very fastly. He agreed to supply the instrument in two monthly instalments for which I issued two cheques of Rs 3970 dt 1st May2009 and of Rs3820 dt 1st June 2009against your Order Form Cum Receipt No.67105037.

Complain against eureka forbes - replacement of aquaguard bottle

Dear Sir,

We are sorry to inform you that we are having one aquaguard installed at our resident we want its bottle to be replaced so we have made no. of telephone calls to the agent and each time we are making a call they insist on replacing the entire aquaguard in place of replacing the bottle. They are ready to come only if we buy a new aquaguard and simply not ready to listen to our requirement of replacing the bottle. This is quite unfair to a consumer and frankly speaking amounts to cheating.

this is udaya kiran form chittoor as taken new godrej refrigerator on 1st of feb 2009 now due some problem its not working properly they are charging for the repairs and again it undergo repair they are its your fault and taking money from us we buy that on in CHENGALVA ENTERPRISES chittoor and they send some local guy for repair that not company server center plzzzz.... help us ............
